Tarannum Hasib has over 22 years of cross functional experience in Financial, Retail Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Building Sales Model and Strategy for Retail and Commercial business of Life Insurance and Non-Life Insurance companies. In her previous role, she served as Head of Bancassurance & Alliances & Rural at Max Bupa Health Insurance. Prior to joining Max Bupa Health Insurance, she was heading Employee Benefits business at Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance.

A Chartered Accountant and an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, she also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics.

Tarun Rustagi is bringing over 20 years of extensive financial, operational and strategic experience. He joined Indian Life Insurance space in 2002 and worked with some of the leading Life Insurance Companies in India and overseas like Max Life, PNB MetLife, HSBC and AXA. Prior to joining this role Tarun was leading the Insurance Finance team in HSBC Global Finance Centre. He has held Financial Controller and Head of FP&A positions in PNB MetLife and Max Life and worked on areas like shareholders value creation, distribution tie ups, enhancing technology footprint and cost management. Tarun has been part of various working committees and working groups of Life Insurance industry on formation and interpretation of regulations and guidelines and recently was a member of working committee formed by IRDA on interpretation and implementation of Ind AS 104 (IFRS 4) in Insurance industry in India.

Tarun is a Chartered Accountant and has Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and joined Life Insurance Industry after working with E&Y and PWC during initial years of his career.

Sachin is an all round business professional and has been with the organization since July 2008. In his role as Chief Operating Officer he is spearheading Operations, Customer Servicing, Information Technology and Business Retention functions. Prior to this role he has served as the Chief Risk Officer at the Company for over 3 years where he significantly contributed to Company's risk management framework and practices.

He has rich and diversified experience of over 15 years in various domains pertaining to management of risk & internal controls across financial sector. He has previously worked with Fidelity Business Services and EXLservices.com.

Sachin is an applied sciences graduate from University of Delhi and also holds 'B' Level Master's Diploma in Computer Applications from National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT).

A seasoned HR professional with over 19 years of experience, Kiran has spent over 14 years in the Insurance sector.She is an experienced professional in job evaluation, talent acquisition, designing and conducting assessment centers, learning interventions, benefit planning, reward strategy, benchmarking and designing policies, organizational development and performance management planning aligned to organization philosophy and principles.

In her previous role, she worked as Deputy Director - HR at PNB Metlife India Insurance Co Ltd. Prior to that she worked with Aviva Life Insurance and GE Capital in various roles in the HR function.

A graduate in Industrial Relations, Economics and Sociology from St Josephs College Bangalore, she also holds a Masters in Labour laws and Labour welfare from Pune University and a full time MBA in Personnel Management and Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune.

Siddharth is the Chief Risk Officer for Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Co. Ltd. As a risk management professional and a trusted business advisor, he always strive towards ensuring risk based decision making and is responsible for developing and implementing the risk management framework in line with regulatory requirements and international best practices; formulating risk policies and risk appetite statement; institutionalization of standards and methodologies to support effective management of risks within the organization.

Siddharth has spent over 5 years with us, including his earlier stint. Prior to joining our Company, he was heading the group risk function for Motilal Oswal Financial Services and has also worked in the risk function at HDFC Life and AVIVA Life Insurance.

Siddharth holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communications.

Vatsala was appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company in March 2015. She was working in the Corporate Governance function since March 2011 and has handled the various corporate governance responsibilities since then, including the successful implementation of the new Companies Act.

She is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate. She has around 18 years of work experience across compliance, legal & governance functions. Before joining the Company, she has worked with Escorts Finance Limited, Max New York Life Insurance and Ballarpur Industries Ltd.

Akshay has been with Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance for more than 9 years. He is currently the Appointed Actuary of the Company and is also responsible for its end to end product strategy. He joined the organization as the Head of the Pricing Team and in his last role was heading the Corporate Actuarial Team.

Akshay has around 16 years of total work experience across various countries and companies. Before joining Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance, Akshay worked with Deloitte LLP and HSBC Life in the UK. He has extensive expertise in areas such as valuation, product development & pricing, business planning, experience analysis, risk management, capital management, modelling, reinsurance and ALM. He is also experienced in putting together and managing large teams across multiple work streams as well as cross functional projects.

He holds a Masters in Actuarial Science with Distinction from City University, London and a Bachelors in Mathematics from St Stephen's College, University of Delhi. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK) as well as the Institute of Actuaries of India.

Rishi brings more than 21 years of rich work experience across insurance and management consulting, with 13 years of experience in leadership roles in the insurance domain. He has been with the Company for 9 years and managed products and marketing roles previously. He is currently responsible for leading the Company's Digital Business Unit and oversees the Strategy function focusing on development of future growth plans for the enterprise.

He has significant experience across product development, proposition design, product portfolio management, customer analytics, market assessment, performance improvement, partnership development and digital business review. He joined us from Bharti AXA Life Insurance where he was a founder member and head of products and customer management, and has previously worked with reputed management consulting firms Arthur Andersen and Stern Stewart, leading clients engagements in India and Asia-Pacific.

Rishi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta and a B. Tech. from IIT Delhi.

Ritesh has been with the Company since June 2011. In his current capacity as Head-Business Performance management, he is responsible for monitoring of key performance metrics, Project Management, Quality Assurance & Process Improvement and Public relations. In his last role he was part of Finance team, heading Treasury vertical overseeing bank relations, Investment Risk Management and Investment accounting.

He has rich experience of more than 15 years, of which 13 years are with the insurance industry and has worked with Birla Sun Life Insurance and Reliance Life Insurance, before joining the Company. He holds a masters degree in business administration from University of Technology, Sydney and is a commerce graduate from University of Madras.

Vikas Gupta is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and comes with a rich experience of over 17 years in internal audit, risk and compliance roles across insurance, consulting and banking domain.

He is also a qualified Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and has completed his Certified Public Accountant (CPA), USA professional examination. He has worked with reputed firms and corporates in the past, including ICICI Bank, KPMG, Ernst & Young and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. He has been with the Company for almost 7 years and has been heading the internal audit and compliance functions of the Company.
